Irregular hem skirts are popping up everywhere and done right they can look really good. Try to keep it simple with a tee, jacket and your fave heels/ankle boots. Choose a questionable shape and people may think something went wrong with your old mini and a pair of kitchen scissors. June Cosmopolitan was all over this style in its Shop the Cosmo office piece.
